    • Tallying all incoming load (includes of parcels & documents) and ensuring their entry into system by related concern staff with all the procedure of load entered in respective manner.

    • Reporting discrepancies/errors pertaining to total incoming makes in the format and sending it to the concern branches and RHOs of concern heads.

    • Handling day-to-day activities and preparing monthly collection plan, non-collectable statement. Involved in for reconciliation of Ledger A/c as and when required.

    • Intimating channel management team on errant franchisees & assisted them in implementing decisions.

    • Coordinating with direct clients and retained the accounts by providing efficient customer service.

    • Monitoring adherence to manpower productivity standards are met and device ways and means to Interact with clients by personal visit, e-mails and correspondence letters and handle daily follow-up

    • Coordinate with CSS, Channel Management and other departments for achieving monthly collection targets.

    • Successfully managing timely deliveries of inbound loads through franchisee and own system.

    • Ensuring timely pickup of loads from direct customers & correct processing of outbound consignment accordingly connect the same to the respective apex as per the cutoff timing.
